Welcome to our Counselor's Corner web page.  What does a Guidance Counselor do?  Guidance Counselors are school professionals who specialize in helping students make decisions about their personal and educational needs while providing information about colleges, careers and other life choices.

For those of you unfamiliar with me, my name is Jan Keween and I am beginning my third year here at Cedarville as Guidance Counselor. I feel extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work with the young students here at Cedarville.  It is enjoyable and exciting to get to know each class.  I count it both a privilege and a pleasure to share with them as they plan their future endeavors.
