A Message
from the High School Principal . . .
Our ninth through twelfth grade
consists of nearly two hundred students. This small number helps
create a “family” atmosphere and provides opportunities
for students to build strong personal relationships with administrators,
faculty and staff members.Committed to academic excellence, we
not only offer challenging core curriculum classes but also advance
placement classes in Calculus, Government, European History and
Writing/Composition. National Merit Finalists as well as Commended
Students have become routine in our recent graduating classes.
Nearly 70 percent of our student body participates in extra-curricular
activities, ranging from athletics to student government. Our
highly successful TEAMS (Tests of Engineering Aptitude Mathematices
and Science) has competed on a state and national level and several
of our students have had their work chosen for publication in
Creative Communications. Our high school students show off their
dramatic and musical talents performing in such productions as
The Sound of Music, Meet Me in St. Louis, Bye, Bye Birdie and
The Mouse that Roared. Both the marching/concert band as well
as choir are sixty members strong! Our “Indian” Pride
and Spirit definitely show in everything we do!
