Kindergarten Registration!

Cedarville Elementary Kindergarten Registration will begin the last Tuesday in April. There will be a meeting for parents at 6 PM in the cafeteria. Children must be five years old by August 1st to enroll in kindergarten. All children six years of age must be enrolled in school or registered with the Greene County Educational Service Center in an approved home education program. Parents need to bring birth certificates and immunization records. Appointments may be made with the school nurse for the required vision and hearing screening. Registration forms will be accepted at the meeting or in the office anytime that week. All students must register for kindergarten, even if they have been enrolled in the pre-school program. If parents are unable to attend the meeting on Tuesday evening, they may come to the office and pick up the packets. Children are not required to be present for the registration. There will, however, be a tour of the classroom for any parents who want to take their child to see where they will begin school.
